Scroll with mouse wheel

Does anyone know a simple way to make it so that if a user enters a record in
a form, that it will not allow the user to scroll through all records with
the mousewheel?

I want the form I have created to be for input only and not for viewing
previous records. The form should load as blank, and allow the user to enter
records as they please but not be able to scroll back through old records via
the mousewheel. Is this possible? Thanks.

If you set the Date Entry property of the form to YES, that should work.
