Hello
How can I get a scrollbar to work on a locked memo field in my form?
I set the property to allow vertical scrolling, but the scrollbar does not
show up and the field is locked. I have the allow grow and allow shrink
properties set to yes.

Any suggestions?

Set the text box's Enabled property to Yes.

The scroll bar only appears when the text box has the focus,
but it can't get the focus if it's disabled.
