Scrollbar moves subform layout?

Hi,

I have a subform that sometimes displays a scrollbar, depending on how
many records it needs to show. My problem is that when the subform is
not showing the scrollbar, all the controls move a little bit to the
right. I know there must be a simple way to prevent this (either by
locking the layout somehow or by setting the scrollbar to remain
visible), but I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

Can anybody help?
