ScrollBars in MS Excel chart?

Hello,

I'm creating a Bar chart. This bar chart will contain a lot of data.
So much data that all of the legend entries are not showing up in the
legend. Is there a plug-in, or a way that I can add a vertical
scrollbar to the chart? So that I can resize the legend box and chart
to show all of the data.
