I have my reading pane in OL2003 set up to show headers, but this is an issue
both with and without headers on: the scrollbar, instead of running the
entire length of the message body, leaves a very sizable gap between the
header and the body of the message that cannot be adjusted by dragging the
scrollbar. In other words, I have about 2" of gap on a 1024x768 screen with
absolutely no information and absolutely no use in there, requiring me to
scroll to see anything more than about 3 lines of text at a time. This is
particularly annoying because I rarely like to use the full-screen mode, so I
get something like half a line of text showing up in the reading pane with
headers on and a 4" high reading pane. By removing the header information, I
still only get five lines of text in the pane.
