Scroller code

I am trying to get the scroll code from
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/pagescroller.htm to work. AS
it said, I inserted it at the bottom of my page just above </BODY>/,
and all I get is two small squares (one above the other) with red X's
in each. How do I get the box to appear with the scroll bar on the
side? I am new at this, I appreciate the help. M. T. Morgan

Did you also download the arrow pictures on that page? you need those too.
