Scroller in upperframe

I am tryingto make a site in frames for the first time, so far so good. I
made a banner for the topframe. Made a new .htm with that banner and opened
it, all works. But now I have a little scroller beside that topframe, while
the banner isn't too big.
How can I solve this, besides making the frame bigger.

Try this:

1. Open the frames page.
2. Right-click the top frame, and then choose Frame
Properties.
3. Under Options, set Show Scrollbars to Never.
