Scrolling a form with the keyboard

I have a form *without* scrollbars, but there is sometimes
too much information for the form to hold. The user only
has a keyboard -- no mouse -- is there a way to bind
scrolling of the form to buttons on the keyboard.

.... The form to which I refer is actually a subform used
only for displaying data, the control is never transfered
to the subform -- somehow a keyevent on the mainform has
to prompt the subform to scroll.

Any way to do this?
