Scrolling and Frames

Hi MVP's,

Could tell me if there is a way when working with frames to have one scroll
bar on the right that scrolls down the whole document rather than just that
frame scrolling and the other frames freezing? Your help is much appreciated
and I thank you in advance for your most professional assistance.

That is how framesets work. You can consider using an IFrames instead of a standard frameset, but
you will still have two scrollbars (in most cases) on the page.
