I am having a strange bug in my MS Word application.
Very often, the scrolling feature stops working correctly. Will try to use
the scrolling wheel on my mouse to scroll up and down the document and
instead of scrolling vertically, up and down, the page will scroll
horizontally, left and right.
When this scrolling error occurs, I am also unable to scroll to the top of
the page. I can only get to the top of the document using my cursors or
clicking and dragging the scrollbar on the right-hand side of the Word
window. My scroll wheel on my mouse simply won't allow me to get to the top
of the page.
In fact, the error always starts happening only after I've tried to scroll
to the top of the document. I scroll up. It doesn't go all the way. So, I
manually get to the top of the document and from then on, the scroll wheel on
my mouse only works horizontally.
I suppose this may also be an error in my mouse software. I'm using a
Microsoft Trackball Explorermouse.
This error is really annoying. I'm hoping that someone knows what's up and
can help me figure it out.
