Scrolling Excel worksheet object from VBA

A

Andy

I have a Excel worksheet object embedded in a page. I am recording user
operations in this worksheet by inserting rows. When I reach the last
visible row in the worksheet I would like to scroll down the worksheet.
Also, maybe to add some command buttons to move up and down the
worksheet without the user having to open of edit the worksheet object.

Thanks

even though the embedded code is living in a visio document, this question
is probably more
appropriate in the excel users group.
