Scrolling in Access 97

I've upgraded my PC to Windows XP, using Office 97 and
Outlook 98. Now, when I scroll in Access, it scrolls
through records rather than up and down on the current
record. The scroll works in Excel. I've tried to change
the mouse settings in the control panel. Is there a
setting in Access that changes this?
