Scrolling in Word

Hi,

I have Office 2002 in my environment and several of my users have come
across a problem where they are using the page up and page down keys in a
word document and the document locks up. If they use the mouse, they are
fine. If they lock up the document in word because of the page up/page down
keys they can use the mouse to scroll out of that problem area. It looks to
me like Microsoft has identified this as a problem but there is no comment
regarding a fix for this issue. Can anyone confirm if there is, or will be,
a fix for the problem mentioned at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/292160/en-us#appliesto?

When Microsoft notes a workaround, is that their solution?

Yes -- their workaround is their current solution. When/if the problem is
corrected through a change to Word itself, the article will be revised to
point you either to a Microsoft Office Update or to a Hotfix.
