Scrolling input text fields in Word forms

I am creating a Word form that has several input text fields in each cell of
a multi-row table. I would like to have the input fields scroll if the
amount of text overflows the size of the cell. If I don't lock the cell
size, the cell increases in size to fit the text, causing the table to not
fit in the page. If I lock the cell size, no more text can be added when the
cell gets full. How can I do this?
