Client claims that they are not able to scroll (vertical or horizontal) when
they double click my email from preview.
The email pops up into expanded view, but they don't see a vertical or
horizontal scroll bar to view the entire contents of m email.
They use Outlook 2003 and I use 2007.
I know it is a setting on their side, but not sure which setting.
