SCROLLING MESSAGES - MARQUEE

How do I create a Scrolling message on a Form.

Something like the Marquee in HTML.

Please advise.

First of all, I would not do it. Its not a standard user interface element
and will painful for your users to look at.
If you must, look into using the forms TIMER event.
