Scrolling Option in Excel 2007

Hi,

I am using Excel 2007 and in this when I try to scroll down to the next
page with the scroll button in mouse I am not able to get in to the next page
but when I do the same by moving the scroll bar I am able to view the next
page, can you please suggest how to solve this issue.
