I just posted a question about scrolling issues that I'm having, and I
realized just at the last moment that I'd forgotten to ask to be notified of
replies to my request for information. I can't find my post, so I'm going to
try to write an abbreviated copy of the question here. That will be a task
for me. I talk too much, keyboard, or mouth.
No matter what feature I'm in, Word, Excel, internet, my pages jump and
scroll all over the place. If I want to click to something at the bottom of
the page, as soon as I approach it with the cursor, the page scrolls right up
to the top. Ditto if I try to click onto something at the top. The middle of
the page is no exception. If I try to click there, it just scrolls somewhere
else.
The cursor is the default cursor. Slowing the cursor down has helped a
tiny, tiny bit, but not enough to make any difference. Very frustrating. I
sometimes have to put the computers aside and stop working for awhile.
Any help would be appreciated
