Scrolling Text Box Form Field

I'm testing a form created in FP2000 using the Insert/Form tools. One of the
fields is a scrolling text box. This field appears to accept an unlimited
amount of info, as long as it is separated into multiple paragraphs. Any
single paragraph of text, however, is truncated after somewhere around 1023
characters. There are no form field validation properties assigned to this
field. Am I doing something wrong? A server limitation, perhaps? Is there
any way to remove that limitation? Any thoughts or suggestions are
appreciated.

Are you saving this to a text file or a database? If it's a database, check
the fieldsize to make sure that it isn't limited to 1 KB of data. I'm not
aware of a 1KB limit to field data in the server extensions, so usually
checking a database first is a good beginning.

There is a limit, if sending the data to email using the FP Form Handler.

Sorry, I guess that would have been helpful to know. The form is being sent
as an email, you a FormMail routine pre-installed by the host.

You would have to ask your host for instructions on how to work with their provided script.
