scrolling text boxes

Is it possible to create a scrolling text box that has custom arrows
instead of those grey boxes like we usually see? Using Frontpage 2003.

Here's what I want...

I have a black layout cell with white words in it (they do not take up
the whole space). What I want is for people to be able to click a
nice small white arrow on the bottom of the cell and the white words
then scroll down... while everything else on the page stays still. So
I basically want a borderless, no scroll bar text box that I can
customize with any font...

Anybody know if this is possible with Frontpage and how to do it??

FrontPage doesn't have any built-in features for this, but there are plenty
of javascripts on the web. Look around javascript.internet.com and
www.dynamicdrive.com for scrolling regions.
