Scrolling

I recently upgraded to XP, EXCEL is 2000. The scrollwheel
doesn't do anything for an object (userforms, modules) in
MS VB. It scrolls in all other windows in MS VB
(Properties,Projects and Object Browsers) and all other
applications including EXCEL.

I have removed the update to my mouse drivers to get back
to the XP drivers and still have the problem.
