SCSI/RAID Controller

I have this problem. Whenever I start my PC, there is a notification saying
"FOUND NEW HARDWARE". And then underneath it, it says, "SCSI/RAID Controller.
Please tell me how I can fix it. Is there a site where i can download it's
software? Oh and one more thing. Why can't my PC detect my scanner??
Please reply ASAP!!

1. this is not an Office issue.

2. If you just tried to install a new scanner, you need to contact your
scanner's tech support people.
