Search and Replace Freezes Program

I have Office Professional 2007 and am running Vista Ultimate. My computer is
up to date with all the updates. However, everytime I perform 'Search and
Replace' (cntrl H) in Word, the program freezes and restarts.

Is there a fix for this??
