Search at form very slow

the table is very simple, just 10 fields with 300K records.

However, i find it extremely slow to search at Form recently.

when i search records with "ABC*", the 1st record show up after 90 seconds

if i search in query, all the records show up within 5 seconds

What's wrong? i use Access 2007 sp1

it seems fixed.

filtering in form is removed.
