search box on form

on a data entry/access form i'd like a search box that replicates the
find box. i'd like it set so that it searches all fields/any part of
field.

i'd guess it's easy but i can't figure it out

help?

Open your form in design view.
Make sure the wizard wand is pushed in on your toolbox.
Click the Command Button icon, then click on the form where you want the find button to be.
In the wizard box, select Record Navigation under Category, and select Find Record under Action.
Click Next, and follow the steps through the wizard.

When you click the button on your form, you'll get a popup window where you can select whether you want to search in one field or the entire form, whether you want to match the entire word or just part of it, etc.
