Hello,
I am using Outlook 2002 and am trying to to do a search by category and city
with no success. In contacts, I click on the "Find" menu button and in "Look
for:" I type in "Vendor New York", click "Find now" and nothing appears.
If I do a search for "Vendor" I get a list of contacts and if I do a search
for "New York" I get another list of contacts. If I separate the key words
with a comma, for example "Vendor, New York", I succesfully get all Vendor
contacts and I get all New York contacts. However, I cannot figure out how to
have it look for and give me the results for both "Vendor" and "New York".
I have also tried the advanced find but again, I can't make it do what I'm
looking for.
Any ideas?
Thank you for the help,
Kind regards,
-Faccia
