Search by table

Hi, there

My company kept data into two tables using other Sybase,
the two tables structure is as follows
Table 1
Car# Date Field1 Field2.... upto Field20

Table 2
Car# Date Field21 Field22... upto Field40

A record is split and stored into 2 tables.

I used ODBC to access the data. I have a table of Car#
interested and I want to access to a range of date from
these two data, please help me to give access to the
data. Do I need to write a program to accomplish the job?

I am new to Access and I am still learning through the
manuel. Thank you.
