search email by date

[finding emails by date]

having a problem searching email by date in One note. One notes organizes
email posts by the date it was placed in one note - but I need to search an
email by the date of the email - nearly impossible to accomplish without
reviewing the entire folder - huge issue to find critical emails.

Anyone experience this or know a work around?

Treat the date information on the page as another piece of text which is
indexed and searchable. When you send an email to OneNote, the Sent date
is part of the metadata inserted on the page before the body of the email.
Searching for the date you're looking for should turn up all emails (and
other content) with that date.
