search/find using keywords

Hi,

What is the best method to use for searching/finding photographs (or any
type of file) on a local sever (set-up by my workplace)?

I am trying to use Windows Explorer with one keyword. This works but many of
the photos have several keywords and I'd like to search by more than one
keyword.

For example, say I have many photos with the keywords "rims" and "tires" but
I have added "trucks" to a few of those as well as some other photos. Say I
do a search for "truck" and get all of the photos that have that keyword but
now I want to find the ones that say "rims" too?

I've tried to do a search with two words but that doesn't work and it seems
that I can't research the original search results.

I have used a comma to separate the keywords as I've typed them into the
"keywords" space on the "summary" tab of the "Properties" window for the file.

I'd appreciate any assistance - I've tried a variety of searches in "Help"
but none seem to answer this question.
