Search Folder with OR criteria rather than AND?

I want to have a search folder with the criteria of:

If word is in subject, OR message body, OR category, then retrieve.

Right now the best I can do is

(subject OR message body) AND category.

Any ideas? I wish the SQL box was available when creating the Search Folder
filter like it is when creating other filters.

Are you using querybuilder?

Outlook 2007 but is supported in 2007 too.
