One of our users is getting this 2 messages when searching within outlook
from her personal folder (pst file).
"There are too many Find Public Folders dialog open. YOu must close them in
order to use the Advanced Find. Do you want to close them now?" Yes or NO
then the next message comes up when Yes or No is clicked.
"A folder by this name already exists"
We have a tool to fix corrupted pst file, and when I ran this tool againts
her pst file, I got about 100 Search Folders in the pst. I would delete this
search folders and she's then able to search again. This is a recurring
issue, and we have to fix the pst file every month. She does hundreds of
searches a month from the pst file. My question is there a limit to the
number of searches that can be done in Outlook? specifically, in a pst file?
Is there a solution that you may recommend to fix this problem.
Thanks!
