Search Folders - New Folders not being saved

I am using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Professional.
I have created and opened separate outlook file called 'Oulook Shrikant
Master'. This file is open alongwith the basic Outlook file. All my incoming
messages are saved in the various folders in Outlook Shrikant Master. I
created new search folders with criterians like Todays Incoming Mail,
Yesterday's Incoming Mail etc. I could very well see the results and they are
correct.
Unfortunately, when I exit from Outlook, and then reload the Outlook, these
search folders in Outlook Shrikant Master are gone ! Only the new search
folders created in the original Oulook File are saved.
How to overcome this problem ?
