search folders of additional mailboxes usable, when no fullaccess?

so i found out how to make search folders in additional mailboxes visible;
but can i do this also, when i do not have the mailboxright fullaccess 4 the
addi mailbox ?

background: in our firm we use extra mailboxes as project/team-mailboxes,
and extra mailboxes as project/team-journals.
the normal team member has fullaccess to his team-mailbox and the right to
read and add messages to his team-journal.
any message send or received by a team-mailbox is copied 2 the journal
automaticly.
so it would be grate to have preconfigured search folders there, in the
journalBox, accessible for normal users, but configured by some "journal
administrator"

is there a way to do so?
