Hi,
I have been working with Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager for
about 6 months. I moved from ACT!, and I'm still trying to get used to the
differences.
I am experiencing a problem with searches. If I type a name into the search
box, I often receive a message that no contacts can be found. I know the
contact is in the database. If I switch views (for example, from "Business
Cards" to "Address Cards"), the contact(s) is shown.
(I wonder if this is similar to a problem I have in Outlook Mail where some
email messages don't show up in the inbox until I switch to another folder
(for example, from "Inbox" to "Outbox", and then back to "Inbox").)
Thanks for any information that can be shared.
