search for matching numbers in 2 columns

This must be easy, but I can't figure it out. Help...

I have 2 columns of numbers, say column A & B. All
numbers are 10 digits (ie 2630134512). All numbers in
each column are different. Column A has about 12,000
numbers. Column B has about 5,000 numbers. Most of
numbers in column B are in Column A. I want find out
which numbers in column A are not in column B.
