Search for shapes does not return custom shapes in custom stencils

Visio Version: 2003 Pro

I followed all the instructions suggested in creating custom
stencils and custom shapes. Keyword field is populated.

Also confirmed that LCID is correct as suggested in the link below.

Searching for the custom shapes does not return the shape.

It seems that the visio application can not find the stencil
and hence fails to find the shape.

I would like to know how the search is notified which stencils to look
at?

What is the definition of a local drive ?

How do we notify the search that a new stencil should be added to its
list of stencils?
