Search for Task & Sending Messages

Hi, I have a 2 part question.

1.) Is it possible to search for a task? I just downloaded the Toucan File
finder but it only works for files (obv). We have a large amount of tasks on
our workspaces, and some of them have been completed for quite some time, so
finding the one you want can be quite frustrating.

2.) Whenever I sent a message, the window closes. Then I must reopen it to
view the response. Is there a way to keep the conversation open, similar to
Instant Messengers?

To answer your ques 2 -
try the 'chatting' feature within Groove (see Ch 10 in the Groove 2007 User
Guide).

Yes, but this sends the messages to all users in the workspace- annoying when
you're not involved in the conversation.

Groove does integrate with Live Messenger, so if a Groove Contact is in your
Live Messenger contacts, you can open a Messenger chat window by
right-clicking on the contact in Groove and selecting Messenger Actions ->
Send an Instant Message.
