Does anyone out there know of a tutorial, or have an
example of how to create a search form in Access? Just
need to be able to search by multiple fields within a
table...Any info would b great...Thanks in advance.

Muhly,

Look up 'Filter-By-Form' in Access help. This allows the user to do several
levels of nested 'ORs' by typing the criteria into the form that they are
familiar with.
