Word 2003
Search-Replace works fine with most formatting. I.e., enter text in "Find
what"; leave "Replace with" blank and set the desired formatting.
However, I can't get it to work with Paragraph > Indents and Spacing > Outline
level. If I set the Outline level to, e.g., Level 5 in the "Replace with"
blank, and run Replace All, I get the proper message ("... Word has made 53
replacements"), but the Outline level for the text in question remains "Body
text." I tried including "^p" at the end of the "Find what" term, but this
didn't help.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Jay
