Search/Replace

I am using Word 2002. I cannot get an exact replacement
of text when using the search/replace feature. For
example, I want to replace "Emergency Room"
with "emergency room," however, the replacement text
comes out "Emergency room." Another example would be
trying to replace "EMERGENCY ROOM" with "emergency
room." I cannot replace capitalized letters with lower
case letters. I have never run into this problem with
any version of Word prior to 2002. Any ideas?

Have you checked the box for "Match case"?
