search within an excel address book

have an extensive address book. if i want to search for one specific person, instead of scrolling through the entire list, what is the easiest way to do that?

You might try the Edit> Find feature, Data> AutoFilter, as well as Data>
Form - Criteria. Info on each [I believe] is available in Excel Help.
