Searchforms error

When I insert a search form or use the one that comes with
discussion handeler I get the follow error
The text source "default" does not exist
in "\\filestore\filestore\pwp\\162
\DefenderOfVirtue\_vti_txt\default.wti".

No documents found. Please try again.
