Searching Access

When I do a search in Access, I generally want to search each field,
including one memo field

When I ask Access to do a search, and the Find And Replace panel appears, I
get:

Look In: Whatever field my cursor was in.
Match: "Whole Field"

What I'd like is
Look In: <name of the form>
Match: "Any Part of Field"

How can I make that happen automatically?

If you go to TOOLS - Options - Edit/Find - and select General it will search
any part of all fields.
