Searching Accounts in BCM

Hello,

Outlook BCM is a joke. But can we do, moneys been spent and I'll have to
live with it. That being said has anyone a fix for searching in BCM
specifically in Accounts. I'll like to be able to get to an account fast and
instant search is useless.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
