Searching for Corrupt records - Access 2003

I have a db with approx. 5 million records. When I try and perform a make
table query I keep getting an Invalid Argument error. Is this from corrupt
records? If so, I how can I find those corrupt records and remove them?

a) don't use MDB it randomly corrupts data
b) learn SQL Server and use Access Data Projects they are a vastly
superior platform.

Access just randomly craps out.

it isn't stable or scalable; it's not reliable.

the problem isn't 'hardware'
dont blame everything on hardware. it's a software issue. Access is
crap
