searching for "Step by Step Interactive" *training* for OneNote

I am using the OneNote 60-day trial and would like to purchase Microsoft
OneNote Step by Step Interactive training. I own Office XP for Students and
Teachers edition, which came with a CD titled "Office XP Professional Step
by Step Interactive" training. I really benefitted from that CD and would
like to buy a CD just like it except for OneNote. So two questions:
1. Is such a CD available?
2. If it is available, is it included with purchase of OneNote 2003 at
the academic discount?
3. If the CD is available at all, is it sold separately from the
program?
4. If it is available separately, where can I buy it? And at what
price?

I noticed a printed book titled "OneNote 2003 Step by Step" and want to make
sure that the CD it includes is the interactive *training* that I so enjoyed
previously under Office XP.

This reply is off-topic, but come to think of it, I could really use an
Interative Training CD designed for Microsoft Money 2004.
