Searching in a tabbed form

I have created a form (Access 2003) with tabs. The main tab holds client
information. The other tabs hold subforms with additional information about
the client. When I try to search for another client, I get a message that it
has searched the entire databas and has not found the client. Something must
be set up wrong or I am missing something. Any ideas?

Ronnie,

You do need to provide some additional info here like what do you use to
search for another client (combobox?) What are the recordsources for the
various tabs (is one table used for all tabs?)... What events have you
programmed yet
