Searching in custom forms with LookOut

I'm using LookOut v. 1.2.8.28405, and trying to search for text within a
custom form. It's not finding it. Is it possible to search in custom
forms? If so, any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I can post an example of a custom form if this newsgroup allows it, or I
could send one privately if desired.

Any thoughts on this? Or maybe there's another microsoft newsgroup that
would be better suited to answering this?
