Searching notes

I am a real estate agent with multiple listings. I receive many call on these
properties. How can I search the notes and summarize all of the Calls on one
page For a particular property? Thank you

Get EverNote. If you have less than 50 properties at a time it would
be a great app for you. A version for USB keys is coming soon.

Use the search tool?

There must be more to your question then you're asking -- I would probably
do it by keeping a section for each area, a page for each property within
the area and then notes for that property (including calls) on that page.
Use Note Flags to indicate the calls. You can even record the calls if you
want to get that fancy about it.

The search tool, by address perhaps or property name, would quickly retrieve
for you the page(s) related and all of the notes therein.
