I have a database with about 500 personnel resumes in either WORD document
format or pdf format. The DB is in Access and the resumes are a part of it.
Currently, we have keywords taken from each resume. To search in Access, we
type in a particular keyword and run a query. Works fine but we feel we are
missing some people in our query.
To aid us, it would be helpful if we could do a search directly with the
resume documents. For example, if we are looking for all the personnel
documents where the experience shown is "governance" or "human resources",
can we do that?
We are using WORD 2003 and WORD 2007 and the OS is Vista Home Premium and on
another computer XP Professional.
Many thanks for any assistance here.
